Building Controls and Services, Inc., (BCS) was formed in June 1985 by our company president, Ken Stoppel and other individuals with strong experience in temperature control, engineering, service and marketing.  BCS is a locally owned company based in Wichita, Kansas. We represent SIEMENS Building Technologies in Kansas as an Independent Field Office (IFO).
